Events of Criminal Case

Timmy became a suspect after the player and Maddie found him at the crime scene. When informed the body belonged to Bridget, Timmy felt sickened saying that she was his friend, a street kid like him. He had seen her recently at the hospital when he was getting patched up after he got mugged, though that was the last time he saw her. This prompted Maddie and the player to investigate the hospital for more clues.

Timmy was spoken to again about a sign he wrote saying that Bridget was a liar. He explained the victim was supposed to protect him from the gang war, but she did not keep her promise. He was barely surviving ever since his parents died, and the victim had met him saying they would always stick together. But when the gangs started to get out of control, the victim had forgotten about him. Although he was angry with her, he never would have wanted her to die.

In the end, it was revealed that Timmy was responsible for Bridget's murder. Timmy admitted to the murder, but said it was an accident. While hiding on the burning bridge, someone had grabbed him from behind. Not recognizing who the person was, Timmy attacked them with his machete, only to realize that it was Bridget afterward. Panicking, he took her head to the playground. Judge Lawson then sent Timmy to a correctional facility for youths, with mandatory counseling sessions.
