Events of Criminal Case

Hocus Pocus

When Gwen and the player wanted to question her mother, Dolores, at the Salem witch museum amidst the murder investigation of witch Agnes Leek, Tilly was seen with Dolores, greeting Gwen. Dolores brought her to the museum to educate her about not associating with her Wiccan friend.

After arresting Agnes' killer, Dolores reported to Gwen and the player that Tilly had disappeared and was last seen at the museum. At the museum, Gwen and the player found Tilly's bag containing a hotel booking, which (per Hope) proved that she wanted to run away to a tiny town near Salem. After stopping her to run away in the train station, Tilly told her mother that she hated being around her and that she wanted to live with her sister instead. After Dolores exasperatedly allowed her daughters to live together, Gwen helped Tilly find and send the postcard she had written to her Wiccan friend.

The Third Degree

Amidst the murder investigation of convicted archaeology professor Theresa Rosenthal, Tilly wanted to come along with FBI Agent George Mathison, Gwen, and the player to talk to her mother. Unfortunately, Gwen refused to bring her, saying that they wanted to talk about grownup stuff.
