Events of Criminal Case

One Bigfoot in the Grave

After arresting a bigfoot's killer, Gwen and the player searched for missing teenager Mina Reynolds. During their search, they found a scrap of Mina's clothing, which (per Priya) had been stained with Earl Grey tea, pointing the team in the direction of tea party-obsessed vampire Bathsheba. She revealed that Fabien had given her the swatch, prompting Gwen and the player to confront him. He revealed that he was aware of the kidnapping, but knew nothing about it, saying that he had found the swatch near a cave. He then brought up Pierce Cromwell, Gwen's boyfriend. After Fabien mentioned that he met with Pierce at gatherings at US vampire coven leader Dr Aculus' mansion, Gwen realized that Pierce was a vampire. This prompted Gwen to break up with Pierce.

Immortal Combat

Fabien became a suspect after vampire Eric Zwart informed Luke and the player that Fabien was at Dr Aculus' deathday ball. After one-sidedly flirting with Luke, he told the team that the murder had livened up the party. When Luke asked if he was upset about the murder, Fabien flirted some more, before leaving.

Fabien was spoken to again about Dr Aculus branding him a threat. He revealed that Aculus disapproved of Fabien's penchant for virgins. He implored that he was not interested in virgin blood, an ingredient in the vampire elixir of invincibility, then proceeded to resume flirting with Luke, who quickly put an end to it.

Fabien was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Eric Zwart for Dr Aculus' murder.

Over the Edge

Fabien became a suspect again after Luke and the player found his cigarette case at the roller rink. He told the team that he had heard about the murder. Dodging Luke's questions, he told the team that vampires were not in the habit of pushing people off of bridges and asked Luke to be his Valentine's.

Mid-investigation, Luke fell in love with Fabien after he drank witch Morgana Blackhawk's love potion.

Fabien was spoken to again about him stealing the victim's pet chicken. He revealed that he had taken the chicken to ethically source blood in order to abide with the mortal-vampire agreement. He then mentioned Pierce to Gwen and said that they could have double dated with him and Luke.

Fabien was found to be innocent again after the team incarcerated Andrew Lodge for Sharon's murder. Later, Felix and the player brought shop owner Ace Boome (aka Cupid) to Fabien and Luke in order to break Luke's love potion spell. Ace fired an arrow dipped in Love Potion Number Zero at Luke, nullifying the effects of the love potion. When Luke asked the team why he was touching Fabien, Fabien called the player no fun and told Luke to remember him.

A Murder of Crows

After arresting Norm White's killer, Luke and the player asked Fabien to help save runaway Dolly Hale's dog, Tutu, with an injection of vampire blood. After Luke told him that Tutu had eaten Vixenglove berries, Fabien willingly injected himself to withdraw his blood. Luke then injected Tutu with the blood, reviving Tutu. Fabien then warned him that Tutu might start exhibiting vampiric traits.

Divided We Fall

Fabien became a suspect for the third time after Gwen and the player found a bottle of blood he had gifted to Roxanne. Gwen told him that Roxanne had been murdered, surprising Fabien, who said that that had killed the mood. Fabien assumed that Roxanne had been killed by a political detractor, but also suggested that she had been killed by a scorned lover. Fabien then excused himself to have a drink from the bottle before the assembly started.

Fabien was spoken to again about his secret meeting. He admitted that he had called the meeting to promote himself as the new coven leader, claiming that Roxanne was an unfit leader. Knowing that the team suspected him, Fabien assured them that he was not the killer as he only murdered specimens of the "finest nutritional value", a description that Roxanne did not fulfill.

In the end, it was proven that Fabien was Roxanne's killer. He told the team that Roxanne had approached him to ask for his assistance in her plan to offer her help to the demons in enslaving everyone when they took over. When Fabien refused, she threatened to silence him. He then prepared a wooden stake which he then plunged into Roxanne's heart in the energy orb room when she attacked him. The team then decided to present Fabien to the Alliance, who pardoned Fabien of his crime given Roxanne's allegiance.
