Didier Soucy was the killer of peep show dancer Justine Collier in Dressed to Be Killed (Case #8 of City of Romance).

Events of Criminal Case[]
He was first interrogated when a produce of vegetables was found near the victim's dead body. He told the detectives that he didn't step inside the establishments, and didn't recognize the victims. He commented how the girls would get their vegetables from him but said that they were from two different worlds.
He was later interrogated when a DVD of Zizi dans le Metro was found on one of the crime scenes. It was revealed that the last person to rent it was the greengrocer. He admitted that he went to Voyeur to meet with Justine since he had a crush on her, but she couldn't see her through the glass. He was embarrassed so he didn't go to meet her again.
In the end, it was proven that Didier was Justine's killer. He admitted that he had convinced Justine to dress as the main character Désirée from the pornographic comic book Zizi dans le Métro by offering her 1,000 euros. However, she refused to put on the headband, which infuriated him, who believed that it was the most important aspect of the costume. Didier then held her down by the neck to get her to stay still while he put on the headband, but he accidentally ended up killing her in the process. Judge Lebrun sentenced him to 20 years in prison with mandatory psychological counseling.
