Amélie Brassière was a suspect in the murder investigations of peep show dancer Justine Collier in Dressed to Be Killed (Case #8 of City of Romance) and mobster Antoine Macaron in Early Checkout (Case #16 of City of Romance).

Amélie is a 31-year-old peep show dancer with blonde hair in a bun and blue eyes.
In her first suspect appearance, she is seen wearing a faux leather dress with goldenrod linings and red and black feathers. Additionally, she is seen with a red rose in her hair, silver hoop earrings, a gold choker and black elbow fishnet gloves. As well, she is seen holding a black whip. It is known that Amélie uses lubricant, reads Zizi dans le Métro and inhales amyl poppers.
In her second suspect appearance, she is seen wearing a leather dominatrix outfit with fishnets over her breasts and sides, and crossing straps adorned with silver studs. Amélie ditches the gloves, exposing her purple nail polish, and holds the whip in her left hand now. She also wears purple lipstick. It is discovered that Amélie uses oil paints, eats figs and has watched Evelyn in Paris.

Dressed to Be Killed[]
She was first interrogated when she was seen at the crime scene. She explained how she was a peep dancer for longer she would have preferred. She explained how she tried to show the victim the ropes of the business but failed, and also commented how Pigalle was safer than it seemed, but still had its share of unsavory characters.
She was later interrogated when the detectives found out that she had kicked out the victim from her residence. She explained how Justine exploited her hospitality by making copies of their key, and making the house a brothel. When Amelie asked her to leave and evicted her, Justine in her anger destroyed the apartment and spared the things in the drawers.
Despite her motives, she was found innocent when Didier Soucy was arrested for the murder.

- Amélie is one of the non-main characters to physically appear in two districts of City of Romance.
- While unconfirmed, it is highly speculated that Amélie is Adrienna Brassiere's descendant due to their same last name and similar appearances.
- Amélie's surname, if translated from French, means "bra", which is an example of Pretty Simple's crude humor.
