The Security Guard (real name unknown) appeared as a quasi-suspect in Hell Is Other People (Case #2 of The Conspiracy).

The security guard is a 58-year-old guard of the satellite crash site. He is bald but has gray hair on the sides. He also wears a black and white security guard uniform with front pockets. He is seen carrying around a shotgun.

Events of Criminal Case
While Jasper Everett and the player were snooping around the crash site to get a look, the security guard pointed a shotgun at them, telling them to stop where they were as they were in an off-limits site. When Jasper said they were just there to see the satellite, the guard explained that a nuclear reactor on-board the satellite broke when it crashed, spreading radiation leakage over the area. The operator then closed off the entire vicinity to clean up the radiation. He then handed the two a flyer to better explain the satellite crash before telling them to leave.
