Events of Criminal Case

Nebet and the player first encountered Roxelana when she appeared at the scene of the murder. After identifying the victim to the team, she fled the scene. The team later tracked Roxelana down to the library after they found her in a locked wardrobe. She identified herself as the Sultan's concubine, explaining that she was at the courtyard to meet with him. She told the team that she was frightened by the victim and that when she was his body, she fled in fear.

Roxelana was spoken to again about her broken mirror. She revealed that the victim had tried to take her life as he thought that she had too much influence over the Sultan. The fact that he watched her every move made her paranoid and she was constantly in fear. Later, Roxelana and eunuch Beshir got into a scuffle when he tried to return her to the palace after she fled in fear. Nebet and the player broke said scuffle up and made them both return to the palace.

Roxelana was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Serap for Ibrahim's murder. During Serap's arrest, the team learned that she had killed Ibrahim in order to save Roxelana as she was in love with her.

Trivia

  • In her suspect appearance, Roxelana is seen missing her hands. This is most likely a developer oversight.
  • Outside the Criminal Case universe, Roxelana was the chief consort and legal wife of the Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent.
