Philip Ramsey was a suspect in the murder investigation of CEO Gérard Arnault in Bash of the Year (Case #18 of Travel in Time).

Philip is a 52-year-old chef and a spy for the resistance against the Ptolemy Dynasty. He is bald and has a graying brown beard, sideburns and a mustache. He wears a white chef's jacket under a dark gray apron and is seen holding a gray spatula in his left hand. It is known that Philip smokes a hookah pipe.

Events of Criminal Case
Philip became a suspect after Jack and the player found his chef's award. He explained that the victim had swanned into his kitchen and demanded that the menu was changed. Philip told the victim that the French would not know fine dining if it hit them in the face, prompting Gérard to throw the award on the floor and storm off.
Philip was spoken to again about him spying on the team on behalf of resistance leader Isabelle Huxley with audio bug in pastry tower. When confronted, he asked the team if they really thought that they would be allowed to come to the party unsupervised. He explained that the resistance could not risk untrained operatives ruining everything that they had achieved so far.
Philip was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Eugene Donkin for Gérard's murder. Later, Jack and the player asked Philip if he knew where Princess Nefertiti's key was. He told the team that he did not know about a key, but he had found some weird metal pieces hidden in head of intelligence Ammon Bast's bedroom. Since he thought that they looked important, he stole the pieces and stuck them in a drawer in the kitchen. Jack and the player then searched the kitchen for the pieces.
