Events of Criminal Case
Maggie was a professional surfer yearning to use the waters of Ocean Shore's Sunny Beach to practice her surfing skill.
The team stumbled across a torn photo, pieced it back together, but they could not identify the angry woman in the background, so Amy suggested the picture to be analyzed by Hannah. After careful analysis, Hannah identified the hater as Maggie, but not without informing the team that Ice P issued a restraining order for her wanton disruption of his filming efforts. Amy and the player did not hesitate to question her at the beach.
Maggie was angry when Amy mentioned about the restraining order Ice P put on her because of the television filming which disrupted her practice every chance the TV show got. This was what Maggie feared because the television crew blocked access to Sunny Beach's waters because the show's filming crew often blocked them with wanton disregard for the surfers who rely on Sunny Beach for surfing practice. Amy told the player that Maggie needs to be monitored.
The team revisited the Tiki Shack to find Maggie's surfboard eaten and after careful analysis of the bite's DNA, it was thus determined that the bite belonged to the shark that killed Ice P. This prompted Amy to question Maggie once again about her coming in contact with the shark during surfing practice, but Maggie said that surfers who rely on Sunny Beach get attacked by sharks all the time, but the shark opted to eat Ice P instead of Maggie, so Maggie went back to the shore to eat a hot dog (per Yann, considers them unhealthy). In spite of the hatred Maggie had against Ice P, Maggie was proven innocent at the climax of the investigation.
