Events of Criminal Case
Jasmine was first interrogated by the player and Carmen when she returned to the plane wreck. She said she and the victim climbed down from the plane, but the victim ran too fast and they got separated, leaving her lost. However, she did not see anyone else, she just walked back full circle to the crash site and saw the team climbing down from the plane. She was sad about Jakobo's death, saying he was her mentor and that he would be alive if they did not separate.
Jasmine was interrogated again about a recorded conversation between her and the victim, where he said he would report her for flying under the influence of drugs. She explained she was at a nightclub and the victim caught her taking ecstasy, and was furious at her since she was already on probation for failing a drug test. When Carmen pointed out how the victim reporting her was a strong motive, Jasmine said she may have a drug problem, but she is not a killer.
Jasmine was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Aristide Akintola for Jakobo's murder. However, she was spoken to again about the possible cause of the plane crash. She confirmed that all the pre-flight instruments were in order, and that an explosion that big would have been caused by an outside force. Carmen and the player decided to check the wreckage again to find out more about the crash.
- In Jasmine's mugshot, the cut on her right cheek and the bruise on her forehead are gone. Also, her hair appears to be much neater.
