Isadora Haddonfield was a suspect in the murder investigation of gunner Barnabas Dycker in Anchors Aweigh! (Case #21 of Travel in Time) and a quasi-suspect in Going Once, Going Twice, Dead! (Case #25 of Travel in Time).
Isadora is the 17-year-old daughter of Governor Uriah Haddonfield. She has long blonde hair tied back in a bun with floral ties and sports pearl earrings and a matching necklace. She wears a hot pink dress with a floral-patterned panel and light pink ruffles. Additionally, she sports blush and red lipstick. It is known that Isadora knows how to tie knots and eats salt pork.
Events of Criminal Case
Isadora became a suspect after Zara and the player learned that she had danced several times with the victim at the Governor's party before he died. She informed the team that they had made each other's acquaintance and that the victim had regaled him with tales from the high seas and taught her how to tie knots. Zara then informed her that Barnabas had been murdered, shocking her.
Isadora was spoken to again about her romance with the victim which the team had learned about from her father. She told the team that she did not care for Barnabas; she cared for the sea. She wanted her own freedom, so she tried to convince the victim to take her with him to sea. However, Barnabas thought that she was only flirting with him, so when she arrived on the HMS Highmore, he panicked and refused to take her.
Isadora was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Felix Humphrey for Barnabas' murder.
After arresting Henri Pelletier's killer, Zara and the player spoke with Isadora after her father told the team that she was in a state. She revealed that Black Sparrow Captain Mary Read had been arrested and that it was her fault as, after she had asked to join her crew, the authorities appeared and carted her away. Isadora told the team that she was certain that there was a law against imprisoning pirates in Tortuga and asked the player to help free Mary.
After they found proof of the law Isadora had mentioned, Zara and the player presented her with the evidence. Isadora then told the team that she had found a lawyer called Quentin Montague, whom the team had met during a previous investigation. Quentin agreed to help free Mary and promised that she would be out of jail in no time. The group then freed Mary, who resumed her conversation with Isadora about her joining the Black Sparrow's crew.
