After the team witnessed Rozetta Pierre being killed and an explosion that destroyed half of the dome, the detectives found the bodies of Rozetta and Julia Brine, with Joe Warren's body nowhere to be found. Soon after, they decided to try to evacute and save as many people they could as the neohumans wrecked havoc in the city. After Cathy told the detectives about Denise Daniels being spotted at City Hall, Jones and the player went there to discover the head of Denise herself, impaled on one of City Hall's statues.

Later, a group of Denise's neohumans broke into the precinct.
