Barbara was a worker at Fairview Flowers. She had chin-length blonde hair and wore a white shirt and a gold blouse under a green jacket at the time of her death.

Events of Criminal Case

While investigating the Rocket Cow Killer, Gabriel found out that Barbara was one of the killer's victims. Recently investigating the flower shop for a murder, he thought it best to find out more about her. According to her coworker Javier Morales, she used to tell stories about backpacking around the world before her sudden death. He then gave the cops permission to search her things in the flower shop. They found her agenda, which said that she was to attend an election meeting with David O'Connell and Emma Tank (among others), who were also victims of the Rocket Cow Killer. Per Cathy, the election was for a parent association in Fairview High School. She then investigated further and found out that all of the Rocket Cow Killer's victims were parents of students in Fairview High School. They then talked to Principal Rosamund Wilcox about the developments.
