Auf Wieder-Slain is a case featured in Criminal Case as the one-hundred eighteenth case of the game. It is the third case of the game's World Edition (Season 3) and also the third case to take place in Europe.

Plot

Chief Ripley ordered Carmen and the player to head to Bierburg to protect movie star Hans Vogel during Oktoberfest, which the Bureau believed was where the Promethians would strike next. In the festival, they found Hans impaled on a cuckoo clock puppet pole.

Gathering enough evidence, the team arrested Johan Schnee as the killer. Johan thought that Hans's interview with Mayor Nagel would reveal that he accidentally killed his brother, Christophe Schnee, as Hans witnessed the events back then. Wanting to silence him, Johan impaled him on the puppet pole.

In his trial, Johan told the court that the Promethians convinced him that the interview would spill his secret. Judge Adaku sentenced him to 25 years in prison.

Johan asked Carmen and the player post-trial to check the Black Forest to find Christophe's body and get more information on his murder. In the wishing well, they found a skull with an arrow in the eye socket. Angela discovered that Hans was Christophe's killer. Meanwhile, Marina joined the player in interrogating Brother Klaus after finding an ancient Greek vase related to the Promethians. Klaus refused to cooperate and used a smoke bomb to slip out of the interrogation room.

Chief Ripley ordered Marina to issue a warning to all European police departments to look out for Klaus. Meanwhile, the chief sent the player to Greece to anticipate Klaus and the Promethians.
