Cupid (better known as Ace Boome) was a suspect in the murder investigations of franchise owner Brad Price in Cross My Heart (Case #4 of The Conspiracy) and young woman Sharon Decker in Over the Edge (Case #18 of Supernatural Investigations).
Cupid is the god of love. He is seen shirtless, exposing chest hair. He has brown eyes and a pink buzz cut that fades to red, as well as a black handlebar mustache and wrinkles across his forehead. He also sports pink glitter and a pair of white wings and is seen holding a bow and arrow.
In his first appearance, Cupid assumes the identity of Ace Boome, a 43-year-old balloon vendor. He wears a straw boater hat with a pink ribbon under a black buzz cut. He dons a white shirt under a pink and white striped waistcoat with a sky blue bow tie with pink designs. Additionally, he sports a red rose on his left lapel, a pair of fake white wings and holds a pink heart-shaped balloon in his right hand. It is known that Ace practices archery.
In his second appearance, Ace is now a 45-year-old Valentine's shop owner. He wears a pink shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a red bow tie with white heart designs and matching suspenders. He ditches the hat in place of a pink headband with two red hearts on springs. He is also seen carrying a maroon heart-shaped box with a white bow in his right hand. It is discovered that he knows poetry.
Events of Criminal Case
Ace became a suspect after Gloria and the player found one of his heart-shaped balloon and discovered that his kiosk was right next to the scene of the murder. When he was told about the murder, he blamed the victim for ruining Valentine's Day and told them that Brad was a bonehead who blamed him for the decline of his business. After revealing that Brad would often go to the wellness center, Gloria and the player decided to investigate the center.
Ace was spoken to again about the victim attempting to steal his plot of land in the mall. He told them that when the victim's petty attempts to bring down his business failed, Brad planned to expand his business and take Ace's space in the mall. Ace then told them that Brad deserved what was coming to him after trying to destroy his life's work.
Ace was found to be innocent after the team incarcerated Megan Lucas for Brad's murder.
Ace became a suspect again after Luke and the player learned that he was the owner of the Valentine's Day shop. Assuming the guise of customers, they told Ace about the murder, surprising him as the victim had been in his shop that morning. He told the team that he was a self-made man that had become a store owner after years of blood, sweat and love. Ace then gave Luke a balloon on the house.
Ace was spoken to again about the threatening poem he had given to the victim. Telling the team that he knew that they were Supernatural Hunters, Ace revealed that he was actually Cupid, the god of love. After keeping his identity a secret for centuries, his secret was exposed after Sharon saw him brushing his wings. Realizing that he was Cupid, Sharon pestered him to work his magic on her and her boyfriend, Andrew Lodge, threatening to reveal his secret to the world if he did not.
Ace was found to be innocent again after the team incarcerated Andrew Lodge for Sharon's murder. Later, Felix and the player asked Ace for help in breaking Luke's love potion spell. He told the team that a dose of his Love Potion Number Zero would nullify the effects of any concoction and allowed the team to search for it in his shop.
